Job Description:

In the role of team leader, you will manage the entire logistics flow in the departments you are responsible for. This means you lead the entire process from ordering to completion on the shelf. As a team leader, you will work within the framework of BAUHAUS concepts, guidelines, values, business plans, routines, and policies. You are responsible for ensuring a good fill rate considering seasonal variations and campaigns. Furthermore, you will ensure that there is order and cleanliness, secure ordering proposals, and ensure that stock inventories function properly. It is important that you are an early riser as the earliest shifts start at 5:00 AM. You will also actively work to minimize waste and are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment. If necessary, you will also be part of the company's on-call team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where you can express your sense of service and structure. You have a knack for seeing the needs of others, accommodating them, and suggesting improvements. We also believe that you have an understanding of product flows, economics, and quality. If you are a relationship-building team player who enjoys human interactions, you will become a valued colleague.

You have completed secondary education or equivalent. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have conversational English skills. We prefer that you have previous experience in similar roles, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a leadership position. You strive for quality and can work both long-term and short-term. A good economic understanding and basic mathematical ability are required. You are a driven and meticulous problem solver while being organized and skilled at maintaining your relationships both internally and externally. A driver's license is a requirement.
